All winners of a particular Drawing are considered potential winners, subject to verification of eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, the Stars Terms and Conditions of Use, and acceptance of such prizes.
Each potential prize winner will be notified within approximately seven (7) days after the date of the Drawing by e-mail or mail according to the information provided at the time of entry.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing and/or e-mail address of entrant. Potential winners may, at the option of the Sponsor, be required to complete, sign, and return via fax, with hard copy to follow via traceable mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release. If a potential winner is under the age of majority in such potential winner’s Jurisdiction (a “Minor”), Sponsor may, in its discretion, award the applicable prize in the name of the parent or legal guardian of such minor or require the parent or legal guardian of such minor to ratify and sign the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legal, the Publicity Release. Failure to complete the required releases and forms as instructed and/or return the required forms within seven (7) days from the first attempted notification, the return of notification as undeliverable, the inability to contact potential prize winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by the potential prize winner will result in disqualification.
Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize winner notification, Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability or Publicity Release that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner or Sponsor for any reason. In the event of disqualification or if a potential winner declines acceptance of the respective prize, an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor will not be obligated to make more than three (3) attempts to award a potential prize. If after three (3) such good faith attempts, Sponsor is unable to award a potential prize, then Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may or may not award such prize.
